Deaf holidays on Crete Greece: While holiday making, the deaf and the hard of hearing are seriously neglected. Lack of explanations and huge language barriers make it almost impossible for any deaf person to become acquainted with traditions and history of any country. As a proud Cretan family, we would like to change that. We offer fully organized holidays all year round for the deaf where our goal is to show you the real Crete. Our guides are natives who were born deaf and therefore know exactly how to cater to your needs.

Our accommodation is called “Anatoli”  and is situated 20 minutes from the capital Heraklion, 50 meters from beach and sea, right outside of Hersonissos. At this beautiful spot we provide fully organized holidays for groups up to as many as 100 people, totally catered to the deaf and hard of hearing. Our deaf guides will be with you around the clock to explain everything you need to know about Crete, it's history and traditions!

Your days will be filled with inspiring activities, we will show you spots others cannot even imagine exist with an exciting package of excursions on our island.

Your evenings will be endless with wonderful dinners at our restaurant where our family will present you with delicious home cooked dishes. Ah yes, you will be spoiled by the now world famous Cretan diet.

We will try our luck together in teaching you some Greek dances and we will not shy away from smashing a plate or two to highten the spirits. There will be ample time to meet deaf people from around the world, with whom we can exchange experiences and ideas!
